50% Cabernet-Sauvignon, 50% Syrah
Aged 12 months in French oak barrels (1/3 new, 1/3 one wine, 1/3 two wines). First of all, there is an intense perception of red candied fruits, then a tannic structure typical of prestigious red wine. The rusticity in the first taste leaves place to a rising complexity of aromas. Some pepper, spices, for a very promising finish. Can be drunk now, but should ideally be forgotten for some years.
